Episode 6.1: Escaping the Past[]
Summary[]
A mini-episode with just Kaa’Riin set 400 years before the main storyline in a seaside village. She has a husband, young daughter and mother in the village. She’s called the Emissary.
The village is attacked by an army in heavy silver metal armour with white symbol on the gauntlet coming from the sea. They are overrun. A commander comes off the boat to try to capture/kill a boy named Hark. (Unknown if this is a younger version of Harkon - EDIT "It totally is" -Cory DM). Kaa’Riin tries to save him and as they are escaping a large bird lands between them and the army. He transforms into a man and tells Kaa’Riin he will save the boy. She protests and he explains that this has happened many times and every time she saves me. He casts charm person on her so she will trust him.
Fob Watch
Says Thassa has a fob watch (possibly a pocket watch?)
Says if you come with me I have a way to save them all.
Unclear if Kaa'Riin is 400+ years old or has time-travelled.
